the buildings and- improvments thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on; the easterly side of
Love Lane, distant North 31 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds
West 181. 16 feet from the intersection of the northerly side
of Main Road (State Route 25) with the easterly side of Love
Lane, North 31 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West a distance
of 48.70 feet to land formerly of Vera K. Lutz, now of Lois
Barker;
RUNNING THENCE along said land formerly of Lutz,
now of Barker, North 69 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds East
154.56 feet to land of the Mattituck Park District;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Mattituck Park
