(2) South 59 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East 50.50 feet;
(3) South 81 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East 247.23 feet to a monument; and
(4) South 74 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East 46.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE from said point of beginning running North 17 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East 268.51 feet
to a monument and lands now or formerly of John F. Parkin;
THENCE along said last mentioned lands South 83 degrees 59 minutes 50 second East 258.30 feet to
Marratooka Lake;
THENCE along said Marratooka Lake on a tie line South 33 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 20.00 feet

120.00 feet to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENTED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed dated
November 30, 1977 and recorded on December 9, 1977 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on in Liber 18357 at Page 125.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party"
shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so requires.
