Estate, the last will and testament Mary Jeanne Woodcock, late of 385 Bayhaven Lane, Southold, NY 11971,
deceased,
party of the first part, and
Christopher Tutone and Karen Arsenault, as tenants in common, of 2966 Davis Street, Oceanside, New York

party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by
the said last will and testament, and in consideration of 360,000.00 dollars, lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their heirs and
successors and assigns forever, all Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
more particularly described in 'Schedule A' attached hereto;
Being and hereby intending to convey the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part by
Deed dated May 23, 1977, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks Office on May 24, 1977, in Liber/Reel
8240 at page 150.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said testator had at the time of his
decease in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or
dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, their heirs and
successors and assigns forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that he has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.
