PEMARTINO DEED DESCRIPTION
All that certain plot, or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold at
Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, to
wit: Lot No. 76 as same is designated and appears on a certain map entitled, "Map
of Peconic Bay Estates" which said map was made by Otto Van Tuyl, Engineer and
Surveyor, of Greenport, New York, and is on file in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, State of New York, said premises also being designated as Lot
No. 76 as shown on "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay Estates" situated at
Arshamomoque, Town of Southold New York made by Otto Van Tuyl dated May
12, 1933 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 19, 1933 as Map
No. 1124.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed in a deed dated
April 21, 2007 and recorded on May 15, 2007 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber D00412505 at Page 181.
Subject to Covenants and Restrictions contained in deed 1448 of Deeds at Page
177.
