MELANIE NORDEN, as devisee under the Last Will and
Testament of Melva Norden, 1550 McCann Lane, Greenport, NY
11944, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 404-2013 adopted by the Suffolk County
DISTRICT Legislature on June 04, 2013 and, thereafter, approved by the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
