known and designated as Lots 4 on a Minor Subdivision Map made for Mary
Ruth Whitehead and Norman Whitehead at East Marion, Town of Southold, New
York, prepared by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. on March 5, 1980, amended
September 5, 1980, and approved by the Planning Board of the Town of

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of land now or formerly of Joseph
Berov, at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described , said point
being 253.37 feet southerly along said land now or formerly of Joseph Berov
from the southerly shore-of Dam Pond;
