of Knollwood Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises, conveyed to one of the
parties of the first part by deed dated 12/16/77 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 12/23/77 in
