ti August 16, 1922, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Lot 246 at the northwesterly
corner of Lot 226 and the southwesterly corner of a 15 foot right of way, as
` Coo shown on "Amended Map A of Nassau Point", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
`� office as Map #156;; from said point of` beginning,- running along said lot 226
{l' DD South 150 35' 40" East 70 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of
Wunneweta Pond; thence southwesterly along said high water mark 115 feet, more
or less, to land conveyed by Margaret Rambo to Elderd; thence along said land
and passing through an iron pipe South 790 39' 30" West 200 feet, more or
less, to an iron pipe at said ordinary high water mark of Wunneweta Pond, thence
(k,7.60, northerly along said high water mark 79 feet, more or less. ; thence along
other land now or formerly of Margaret Rambo, two courses as follows:
(1) easterly 10 feet, more or less, to a corner spile; thence (2) North
10 26' 30" West 146 feet, more or less, to a point on said high water mark
where it is intersected by the line between said Lot 246 and Lot 245 as shown
on said map; thence easterly and southeasterly along said high water mark
300 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said 15 foot right of way;
thence along said westerly line South 150 35' 40" East 80 feet,, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with the easements in common with others over the roads and rights
of way laid out on Nassau Point for access and egress to and from public
highways.
SUBJECT to a right of way across the northerly part of the premises used by
lands, now or formerly of O'Keefe and Anderson for access and egress to and
from Wunneweta Road.
