part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second put, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever, all of his interest in and to

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound View Avenue where
the same intersects the westerly line of land now or formerly of
Peterson, and marked by a cement monument;
running thence along the line now or formerly of Peterson, South 25
degrees 27 minutes East g1R . 75 feet to a cement monument in the
northerly side of North Road (County Route 48) ;
thence South 40 degrees 43 minutes West 210. 95 feet to a stake;
thence still along the northerly side of North Road (County Route 48) ,
South 48 degrees 13 minutes West 241 . 1 feet to, a cement monument to
the easterly line of land now or formerly of A. Boschen;
thence along the easterly line of land now or formerly of A. Boschen,
North 22 degrees West 821 . 4 feet to a cement monument in the southerly
line of Sound View Avenue;
thence along the southerly line of Sound View Avenue, North 86 degrees
04 minutes East 402. 78 feet to the cement monument at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part and Irving I. Levin by deed dated January 9 , 1950 , and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 3036 page 519 ,
and designated as Parcel Two therein.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appyrtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
