IRWIN III SCTM#1000-4-6-7.4 JOHN N. IRWIN III requests a Wetland Permit and a Coastal Erosion Permit to repair storm damaged shoreline by installing approximately 350' of rock revetment; debris shall be removed; area excavated and re-graded and geotextile filter fabric shall be installed; a 3" layer of crushed stone be placed on top of the filter fabric; on top of this two layers of "armor layer rip-rap revetment" which will consist of 3' minimum rock will be installed; at the toe of the revetment rocks 4' minimum will be used; at the top of the bank topsoil and loam shall be installed and seeded; a 3.5'x23' beach access stairs will be installed. Located: 1206 Buckner Drive, Fishers Island. SCTM# 4-6-7.4 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. This assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in j making a determination of consistency.
