TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets a,
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof ; TOGETHER with the appurtenant
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and tD said premises; TO HAVE AND T

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and
being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the point of intersection of
the southerly line of Main Road, a road maintained by the
State of New York, with the westerly line of Bay Home Road,
a road maintained by the Town of Southold, said point being
the northeast corner of the premises described herein;
THENCE running along the westerly line of Bay Home Road
South 37 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East 728. 89 feet to a
monument at the northeast corner of land of R.L. Baiz ;
THENCE running along land of R. L. Baiz South 52 degrees 44
