Said premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the southerly side of Lake Drive distant 70 feet from the extreme northeasterly point of the arc of a curve that connects the southerly side of Lake Drive and the easterly side that conncdts the southerly side of Lake Drive and the easterly side of Grove Drive, said point of beginning also being at the division line between Lot 3 and 4 as shown on said aforementioned map; RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Lake Drive, South 70 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East 105.35 feet actual (105 feet titap) ; RUNNING THENCE ALONG THE LANDS NOW OR FORMERLY OF Reeves South 24 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds West 175.11 feet actual (175.6 feet map); RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 36 Minutes 40 seconds West 89.75 feet to a pipe; RUNNING THENCE along the division line between Lot 3 and 4, North 19 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East 174.81 feet actual, (175 feet map) to the southerly side -of Lake Drive and the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises transfered to the party of the first part by Deed date 8/18/86 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on 8/27/86 in Liber 10110 CP. 200. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the AX MAP second part forever.
