THENCE along said land the following three courses and distances:

North Bayview Road, the point of place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Seller herein
by deed from George B. Akscin and Opal R. Akscin, his wife dated January
20, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 24,
1973 in Liber 7330, Page 108 .
