RUNNING THENCE Notch 43 degrees i I minutes 40 seconds West 250 feet along lands of Fisher, formerly of
Krivacsy to a monument;
THENCE North 46 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East 57.60 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 48 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds East 42.42 feet to a point (the last two courses being along lands now

strip of land 12 feet in width lying between the lands now or formerly of Edward H. Stoehr and the easterly line of lands

1429 of Conveyances at page 448 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York.
Being the same premises conveyed to Anthony Rutkowski and Katherine Rutkowski, his wife, party of the first, by deed
from Lydia M. Ingellis, dated March 9, 1981 and recorded March 13, 1981 in Liber 8973 of Conveyances at page 20 in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York. Subject to covenants and restrictions in Liber 2387 cp 560.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incutnbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "patty" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
