Description: This 80/60 conservation subdivision proposal will subdivide a R-80 and R-200 split zoned 26 acre parcel into 2 lots; where Lot 1 equals 23 acres of preserved agricultural land upon which Development Rights were sold to the Town of Southold on January 6, 2009 and Lot 2 equals 3 acres.
