BEGINNING at a monument set in the easterly side of Haywaters Road, where the division line between

mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE South 87 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East, along said last mentioned division

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
