This was determined after an on site inspection was conducted, and Whereas the project will not adversely affect the wetlands of the town nor otherwise adversely affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town. Reasons for the dock measuring 12 feet longer th~n ~oposed, a~e as follows; l) to ~llow the possibility of accommodating a~ la~ge= boat in the future 2) to utilize the m~xtmum length of footage within the b~sin itself. Please note that the end of the dock does not extend past the marsh, (see photos).
