Phyllis Birkby Architect 155 West 19~h Street-' New York, New York 10011 Re: Beltomo Soundview Ave., Southold Dear Ms. Birkby: Please be advised that the following action was taken by the Town Trustees 'at a regular m~eting held on September~ 25, 1985: RESOLVED that the Town Trustees of the Town of Southold hereby grant a waiver on the need of a wetland permit for Mr.-Bellomo as requested by Ms. N. Phyllis Birkby, Architect for the addition of a 8' x 13'8 room to an existing single family residence located on Soundview. Avenue, Southold, subject to the following provisions: 1. Roof run off shall be discharged into dry wells. 2. Care should be taken so as to preclude the entry of any construction material into adjacent waters. 3. Im~.ediately following construction, all areas of exposed soil shall be properly p~otect~d with suitable erosion' control devices an/orvegetated .to prevent entry of eroded soil into nearby ~aters.
