Dear Mr~:Smith: :
I am the owner of the above referenced parcel and at this time I would
like to place a floating dock in Mattituck Creek in front of said parcel.
The floating dock would be approximately 4' by 30' and would be secured at each
end by a piling. As proposed, the ~loating dock would be placed approximately
40' from the high water mark. Furth&rmore, I would not require a walkway at this
time as I have S~cured the right to use one of the neighbors docks to tie up a
dingy. I would use the dingy to get to my float.
Enclosed please find copies of property maps outlining the property. For
yon~ convenience, I have outlined the proposed dock in red.
At this time, I am requesting your help in securing a permit for said
floating dock.
