Whereas 2"d Avenue, Peconic, New York is a private road located at Peconic, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, on a certain map entitled, 'Map
No. 2 of Peconic Shores, Peconic, L.I., N.Y., property of B.B. Bailey and C.H. Bailey," D.R_
Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on September 15, 1930 as Map Number 654. '

Whereas the Peconic Sound Shores Association is a private association of
homeowners who reside on 2nd Avenue in Peconic, New York and

Whereas the Peconic South Shores Association has assumed responsibility for the
maintenance and upkeep of 2°d Avenue in Peconic, New York.
It is hereby agreed and acknowledged that the homeowner of property located at 155
2nd Avenue, Peconic, New York 11958 shall have an absolute right of ingress and egress over
the private road known as 2nd Avenue, Peconic, New York 11958.
