Strauel, {hereinafter "Strauel"} both residing at fi80 Croton Lake Road, Bedford Corners, NY 10549. That the parties to this Agreement their heirs, successors and assigns shall have the right to construct a fence, shrubbery or other such border along the common boundary line which will separate the present common driveway; and 5. This Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding on the heirs, assigns and successor in interest of the parties hereto.
