The homeowners had formed a speeiaE beach committee to make recommendations about how best to do this. The Committee is composed of 6 members of our community and is authorized to make decisions as to the desired method of repair. We have looked at various options, have engaged an environmental engineer and have several engineers in our community who are serving in an advisory capacity. As President of the HOA, I am authorized by our bylaws to proceed with this project, and to levy the assessments necessary to complete it We are very concerned about protecting our beach and the surrounding properties from possibly catastrophic damage is the event of another severe storm. The void caused by the prior storms now threatens to cause significant damage in the event of such an occurrence. With the failure of our prior efforts at sand replacement and beach grass plantings after Irene, which provided ao protection from Sandy, we are all in the community awaze that tI?is next fix needs to be more substantial I thank you, ark Saporito, MD President Angel Shores HQA • APPLICANT/AGENT/REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONAL DISCLOSURE FORM Ths Town of Sottthold's Code of Ethics orohibits mnflicr f' rnxr rhP Darr crown officers and emolgyees The per ase of this form u to provide mformatton which can alert the town of mssible conflicts of L tere<t and allow it to take whatever anion is necessary to avoid same.
