Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910, being approximately 125 feet square. TOGETHER with a right of way over 'Bay Haven Lane", "Watersedge Way", "Gin Lane", and "Mid Way", as shown on said map, and the right, in common with other owners of the lots shown on said map to the use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map, but excluding the fee title to said "Bay Haven Lane", "Watersedge Way", "Gin Lane", and "Mid Way„ BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and VICTOR LEO STERNETT as tenants by the entirety by deed dated May 26, 1962, recorded on May 31, 1962, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5173, Page 258. For the title of the party of the first part, se6 death certificate of said VICTOR LEO STERNETT, who died a resident of Queens County on January 18, 1990, recorded herewith.
