In addition, minor alterations and repairs as shown on my drawing R-2 which accompanied the application for the permit have been substantially completed. Based on personal observation during the restoration, to the best of my knowledge and belief it is my opinion that the work completed substantially meets or exceeds the requirements of the New York State Building Construction Code. Replacement of the Easterly interior partitions of the 3 studio units due to rot and necessitated by relocating plumbing off the exterior wall to prevent freezing in the winter months. Relocation of the existing shared toilet room at the fish mazket with associated plumbing work so as to be off the exterior wall to prevent freezing during the winter. Please note this toilet room has been redesigned so as to be accessible as per code. Installation of a partition and new door in the hallway created by the relocated toilet room.
