THIS DEED, made the 2 2-day of December, 1997,between William Moore,
having an address at 315 Westphali&Drive, Mattituck, New York, the Referee duly appointed in
the action hereinafter mentioned ("Grantor"), and Cash in a Flash, Inc., a domestic corporation
with offices at 1252 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley,New York, ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action by Virginia W. Fisher as
Plaintiff against Robert Adipietro et al. as Defendants, foreclosing a Mortgage recorded on
September 14, 1995, in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1890,page
180,pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered by the Supreme Court of the State of
New York, Suffolk County, on October 24, 1997 under index no. 14071/97,and in consideration
of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars paid by the Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the sale
under said judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto Grantee and the heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Hummel Avenue distant 320.70 feet Easterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Railroad Avenue and the
Northerly side of Hummel Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 19 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds West 200 feet to a foundation
pipe;
RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East 142.00 feet to a foundation
pipe;
RUNNING THENCE South 19 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East 200.00 feet to a point on the
Northerly side of Hummel Avenue;

RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Hummel Avenue, South 70 degrees 45 minutes
10 seconds West 142.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The transfer of said premises is not subject to a Credit Line Mortgage as described in Section
253-b of the Tax Law of New York. The transfer of said premises is not subject to a Credit Line
Mortgage as described in Section 253-b of the Tax Law of New York.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and to said
premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
