THIS INDENTURE, made the day of 0 Nineteen
Hundred Ninety-seven
BETWEEN DAVID LEVINE, residing at 46 Watch Hill Road, Croton on
n Hudson, NY 10520
as successor executor Of the last will and testament of ARTHUR
LEVINE, late of Greenport, New York, deceased, as to an undivided
one-half interest, and JANET F. SCHACKMBN, individually as to an
undivided one-half interest, residing at 605 Roanoke Avenue,
Riverhead, NY 11901
party of the first part, and
VILLAGE OF GREENPORT, a municipality with offices at 236 Third
Street, Greenport, NY 11944,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the
power and authority given in and by said last will and testament,
and in consideration of EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($80, 000 . 00)
dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of North Road (C.R.48) ,
distant 457 feet East, as measured along the northerly side of
North Road (C.R. 48) from the extreme southerly point of a line
with a length of 33 .74 feet that connects the northerly side of
North Road (C. R. 48) and the easterly line of Kenny Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the land now or formerly of Huberman, the
following two (2) courses and distances:
1) North 41 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West, 330 .31 feet;
2) South 47 degrees 29 minutes 17 seconds West, 132 .00 feet to the
land now or formerly of Ann Theophilos;

RUNNING THEkCE along the landd of Ann Theophilos, Nick Theophilos,
Kiki Spyrbpoulos and Kodros Spyropoulos North 42 degrees 16
minutes 20 seconds West 402 .52 feet to the land now or formerly of
Argirous Papadopoulos;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 46 degrees 38 minutes 50
seconds East, 360 . 52 feet to the land now or formerly of Venetis;
RUNNING THENCE along said land and the land now or formerly of
Mott South 41 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East, 776 . 03 feet to
the northerly side of North Road (C.R. 48) ;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along said road and along an arc of a
curve with a radius of 1957 .86 feet, a distance of 223 .17 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated 12/14/68 and recorded on 12/24/68 in Liber
6479, cp 507 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads -abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof TOGETHER
with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the

also the estate therein, which the paY
has power to convey or dispose Of, whether individually, or by
virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whatever,except the said
