and distances: (1) along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a

East 8.00 feet to land now or formerly of Robinson; thence South 830 281
00" East along said land now or formerly of Robinson 171.30 feet to the
mean high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond; thence southerly along said mean
high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond the following two (2) tie line courses

401 1011 West 71.71 feet to land now or formerly of Talbert and LoCastro
first mentioned above; thence North 680 281 0011 .West along said land now or
formerly of Talbert and LoCastro 148.67 feet to the easterly side of Mill
Creek Drive and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated October 2, 1992 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on November 4, 1992 in Liber 11566 Page 163 .
