party of the first part,and
JANE C. NORDSTROM, residing at 595 Greenfield Lane, Southold, NY11971
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
beingiWft at Bay View, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 15 on a certain map entitled, "'Map of Terry
Waters at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" and made by Otto
W. Van Tuyl & Son, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 29,
1958 as Map No. 2901 .
The grantor herein is the same person as 'the grantee in Deed dated 3/30/73,
recorded 4/2/73 in Liber 7371 page 149.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part of,in and to'any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the firstart has not done or suffered anything ything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first forthe pur'iose"of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of improvement ilef5re using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

DESCRIPTION
All that certain plot, piece. or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and
designated as lot #15 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters
at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, NY, " made by Otto W. Van
Tuyl & Son and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 12/29/58
as Map #2901, which lot is more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point set on the south line of Rambler Road where the
division line between lots 16 and 15 as shown on the aforesaid map
intersects the south line of said Rambler Road; running thence from
said point of beginning along the division line between lots 16 and 15
South 020 38' 40" West 150 . 00 feet to a boat basin; running thence
along said boat basin along the arc of a regular curve bearing to the
left having a radius -of 175. 00 feet a distance of 61 . 09 feet to lot #14
on the said map; running thence along said- lot #14 North 170 21' 20"
West 150 .00 feet to the south line of Rambler Road; running thence
along the south line of Rambler Road along the arc of a regular curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 325 . 00 feet a distance of
113 . 45 feet to the said division line between lots 16 and 15, the point
or place of BEGINNING.
