THIS INDENTURE, made the -7-'day of May, nineteen hundred and ninety seven,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first pan, in consideration of Ten dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second pan, does hereby grant and rouse unto the party of the
second Asn, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan, forever, the following:
ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, together with
the buildings and improvements erected thereon, situate, lying, and
being at Peconic. Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of

entitled "Peconic Shores, located at Peconic, Long Island, property
of William J, Codling, Northport, ;New York, surveyed September, 1922,
by J.W. Walls, C.E. , Sdtauket, Lonq Island,* which map is duly filed
in, the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as map No. 117.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party,
of the first part by a deed at liber. 8491, cp 506. ;
Willard Listing died a resident of Nassau County
on January 26 , 1983
The life estate ' reserved in the above referenced dead was
terminated upon the death' of Ethel M. Listing who died a resident of
Suffolk coupty on May 30, 1988
TOGETHER with aI right, title, and Interest, if any, of the party of the first pen In and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described promistis to the center Ines thereof, TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan In and to said premises,TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the pony of the first pan covenants that the pony of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except ao aforesaid.
AND the party of the first port, in compliance with Section 13 of the Usn Law, covenants that the pony
of the Ilrst pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hob the right to receive such
consideration es a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the Improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the Improvement before using any part of the total i
Of the same for any Other purpose.
The word 'party' shall be construed as if it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this indenture ao
requires.
