WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York known and designated as Lot 5 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section 1" and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 6/8/65 as Map No. 4362;
said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
CY' BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of Windjammer Drive with the southwesterly side
of Anchor Lane; running thence from said point or place of beginning
along the southwesterly side of Anchor Lane South 640 05 ' 10" East
181. 00 feet to the division line between Lots 4 and 5 on the above
mentioned map; running thence along said division line South 25° 54 '
50" West 120 . 00 feet to land now or formerly of Reese; running thence
along said land North 64° 05 ' 10" West 181 . 00 feet to the southeasterly
side of Windjammer Drive and; running thence along the southeasterly
side of Windjammer Drive North 25° 54 ' 50" East 120 . 00 feet to the
corner formed by the intersection first above mentioned at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated January 13 , 1969 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 21, 1969 in Liber 6493
Page 161 .
TOGETHER with the use, in common with others, of the beach area and parking area
adjacent thereto; said beach area having a depth of approximate)y 50 feet from the
average high water mark on Peconic Bay and having a length of 900 feet more or less
measured along the ordinary high water mark and said parking area having a frontage
on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet, running
TAX MAP westerly along said street from Lot 117, and havinga depth of not less than 150 feet
)ESIGNATION northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The parking area shall be immediately adjacent and
contiguous to the beach area herein referred to.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "pahies" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
