That said Beatrice A. Byrnes was the surviving spouse of Thomas J. Byrnes deceased 3/4/85. BEING the same premises contained in deed recorded in Liber 6093 p. 489. The G o said Beatrice A. Byrnes being the same person as the named Grantee set forth in D said deed.
