WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the 'Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the southwesterly side of a private road ( 50
foot right of way) where the same is intersected by the southeasterly
side of land now or formerly of William and Phyllis Jarosz, said
point being distant 250.33 feet southeasterly as measured along the
southwesterly side of a private road from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southeasterly side of Sound View Avenue with the
southwesterly side of a private road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the south-
westerly side of a private road, South 44 degrees 48 minutes 20 sec-
onds East, 180 .00 feet;
THENCE southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly along the arc of
a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance
of 39.27 feet to the northwesterly side of Great Pond Way;
THENCE along the northwesterly side of Great Pond Way, South 45 de-
grees 11 minutes 40 seconds West, 124.83 feet to a point;
THENCE North 44 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 197 . 26 feet to
land now or formerly of John McCarvill;
THENCE along said land and along land now or formerly of William and
Phyllis Jarosz first above mentioned, North 42 degrees 14 minutes 10
seconds East, 150.03 feet to the southwesterly side of a private road,
THE POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as described in the deed
to the party of the first part herein by North Fork Housing Alliance,
Inc. , a not for profit corporation, dated October 4, 1990 and re-

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
