Pursuant to Section 175-c of the Town Law of the State of New York, this Notice must be posted on the sign board of the Town not later than five (5) days before October 16 and posted on the Town website, if one exists. The proposed budget must be available at your office for inspection by any interested person during regular office hours. Kindly post the enclosed Notice of Public Hearing as required. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to permit public review of the proposed budget for the Southold Fire District for fiscal year 2013. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the proposed budget has been filed with the Town Clerk and is available for review at that office, and is also available for review at the Office of the Board of Fire Commissioners between the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
