described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Stulsky distant the following 5 courses and
distances from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Doctor's Path and the westerly side of
Bayview Road:
1) North 77 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds West along the southerly side of Doctor's Path 212.11 feet;
2) South 13 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds West, 107.69 feet;
3) North 78 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, 53.16 feet;
4) South 13 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds West, 93.31 feet;
5) South 72 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East, 89.06 feet to the true point or place of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 8 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds West along land now or formerly of Stulsky 57.86 feet to
land now or formerly of Blum;
THENCE South 19 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds West along land now or formerly of Blum, 100.00 feet to land now or
formerly of N.Y. State Archaeological Society;
THENCE North 74 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West along last mentioned lands, 20.02 feet;
THENCE North 22 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East, 158.55 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed by deed dated March 1, 1943, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 2, 1943, in Liber 2274 Page 384.
TOG ETH ER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of
the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AN D TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigas of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parry of the first part will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
