WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the fast part by the Surrogate's
Court Suffolk County, New York on March 12, 2013 and by virtue of the power and authority given by Article 11 of
the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and inconsideration of Ten dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvemenu thereon erected, situate, Eying and
being in the
SEE SCHEDULE A, DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES ATTACHED.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by deed in Liber 11680 page 672 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 10, 1994
TOGETHER with al] right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the fast part in and to any streeu and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER the appurtenances, and also all the estate which
the said decedent had a the time of decedent's death in said premises, zr:d also the estat? therein, which the party of the
first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, ~:~hether individual or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the part of the second part, the distributees or successors ad assignees of the parry of the
