A schematic showing the projection of the proposed dock in relation to the existing "dock line" was also not provided and therefore an assessment to whether the expansion is consistent with the existing dock line cannot be made. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
