Located: 450 Cedar Point Drive East, Southold. SCTM# 90-2-15 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. EAST, SOUTHOLD - SCTM#90-2-15 Dear Ms. Moore: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wed., October 19, 2011: WHEREAS, Patrca C. Moore, Esq. on behalf of GABRIEL SCIBELLI applied to the Southold Town Trustees for an Amendment to Wetland Permit #7501 under the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Orclinance of the Town of Southold application dated September 20, 2011, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the projet:t as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees have found the application to be Consistent with the Local Watertront Revitalization Program, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the Amendment to Wetland Permit #6534 to install a stone splash mat consisting of 75 ton of Long Island boulders 8'-10' landward of the 200 ff. bulkhead and replace sand and American Beach • 2 • grass, and as deputed on the revised plan received on September 20, 2011 and stamped approved on October 19, 2011. This is not a determination from any other agency.
