Located: 365 Westwood Lane, Greenport. SCTM# 33-2-10&11 A site inspection was made on August 15, 2013. The proposed action was reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review in 2006 and an INCONSISTENT recommendation was made to the Board. A Wetland Permit for the action was issued by the Board in 2009 which mitigated potential impacts of the construction of a single family home in close proximity to a freshwater wetland to the greatest extent practicable. An amendment to the permit was made in 2010 increasing the size of the second floor. The action was found to be COSISTENT by the Board prior to issuance of the Wetland Permit in 2009, and since the action has not significantly changed, I recommend that the Board's CONSISTENT finding made in 2009 stand. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
