consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE `A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated March
29, 2008 recorded April 17, 2008 in Liber 12547 page 942 and deed dated August 8, 1980 and recorded August
] 3, 1980 in Liber 8867 on page 489.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the pally of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Ail that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck in the Town of Southold, County of ~5uffolk 'and
State of New York, and known and designated as Lot No. 260 on map entitled, "Amended Map A, of Nassau
Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate in Town of Southold, Long Island, New York",
surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.R. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August I6, 1922 as Map No. 1Sfi and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNWG at a point on the northwesterly side of Broadwaters Road where same is intersected by the
northeasterly side of Lot 260 on said map and from said point of beginning;
RUNNWG THENCE along the northeasterly side of Lot 260 north 45 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds
west, 447.00 feet as per survey (460.0 feet as per current version f led map);
TI-IENCE along a tie line along said high water mark north 21 degrees 25 minutes east, 110.31 feet as

THENCE along the southwesterly side of Lot 259 on said map, south 43 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds
