1906 by C. R. Van Buskirk, C.E." and filed in the County Clerk's Office of Suffolk County,
which said plot is more particularly bounded and described on said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of the Main Road, running from said Hamlet of
Orient to Greenport where said point is intersected by the easterly side of Plot M and the westerly
line of a private road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Main Road, North 85 degrees West, 87.56 feet
to a found pipe;
THENCE along the northerly side of Old Main Road, North 55 degrees 30 minutes West, I21.03
feet to land now or formerly of Sharman Family Trust;
THENCE North 32 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East, 309.95 feet along land now or formerly
of Sharman Family Trust and along land now or formerly of Mark Stephensen Sharman the
westerly side of a private road;
THENCE along said road, South 09 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East, 99.96 feet;
THENCE still along the westerly line of said private road, South 0 degrees 40 minutes 10
seconds East, 238.61 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Lucy G. Thompson by deed
dated 8116180 and recorded 915180, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 8877, Page
/ 226.
William H. Gesell, III, Perry H. Gesell, and Richard F. Gesell are the children and specific
devisees under the Last Will and Testament of Lucy G. Thompson, who died on .Lune 20,
2012, together with Peter B. Gesell, who predeceased Lucy G. Thompson on March 22,
2003; Peter B. Gesell, Mark W. Gesell, Michael F. Gesell, and Jacqueline G. Diez are the
children and heirs of Peter B. Gesell.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the frst part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same f rst to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
