the plan and it is awaiting the signature of the County Executive and will be filed with New York
State. EDC will be able to market it thereafter.

will be utilized for Veterans' Day weekend (beginning Friday, November 6`h and ending Sunday,
November 10`h.) Transportation will be provided by the Hampton Jitney and the marketing and

important for the entire North Fork business community, local governments and residents to
lend support. Joan will meet with the Town Boards of Riverhead and Southold requesting their
assistance. Phillip indicated that the EDC has approximately $2500 in its 2013 budget that could

also reported that NFPC is working towards developing a central calendar of events that will
highlight events that are held throughout the year throughout the North Fork.
New Business: Suggestion that Town (Amy as Business Liaison) reach out to new businesses
