Milton Welch and land now or formerly of Mary Bollman, South 29 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East, two hundred thirty (230) feet, more or less, to the high water mark of the Bay; THENCE southwesterly along high water mark of the Bay, fifty (SO) feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of John T.
