party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to Article CV Section 4.3 of the LINDA WEISBROD
TRUST dated December 27,2007 and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
parry of the second pan, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim umo the pony of [hc second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, all of the 30°/ interest of the party of the first part in
and to
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as Plot No. 48, on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Orient-
By-the-Sea, Section Two, situate at Orient Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties, Inc., #3 Glen Lane, Glenwood Landing, New
York, Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 26, 1961, as Map No. 3444, A BS No.
3840.
TOGETHER with the right of way over Soundview Road, Three Waters Lane and over proposed
highways to and from Main Road.
BEING the same premises as conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated December 1, 2011
made by Linda Weisbrod and by deed dated April 25, 2012 made by Linda Weisbrod.
Said premises being known as 435 Soundview Road, Orient, New York 11957.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the frst part in and to said premises; TO WAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as atrust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indcnmrc so requires.
