Dear Ms Nunemaker
I am in contract to purchase the subject property and will be closing in early April. I am
preparing drawings to modify the existing cottage and found that there are two ttees
adjacent the sttucmre that present a hazard to the building from both the growth of their
roots aad due to potential winds taking down branches onto the structure. Another more
minor issue would be the clogging of drains with leaves.
If required I could plant two new trees further away Erom the buildtxtg as a part of the
renovation.
Attached is a PllF with two photos and a survey.
