The property was originally a vacant lot with no dwelling structure on it. The previous owner had a camper trailer and would stay there seasonally. There is an existing deck structure which was built circa 1970 and also an existing outside shower enclosure also built circa 1970. Deck dimensions are 12.2 ft by 12.2 ft, outside shower enclosure dimensions 4.3 ft by 4.3'ft. The deck and outside shower enclosure have been refaced and remain in the same exact location and dimensions since they were built in the early 1970's.
