To Board of Trustees,
I would like to request approval from the Town of Southold Trustees to remove and/or
cut a tree on my residential property located at:
435 Albacore Drive Southold, NY
I believe my property may be in proximity to wetlands. The tree (see pictures attached)
has deteriorated considerably over the past few years. I have contacted several local tree
experts and they advised the tree is diseased, dying and not safe. It has considerably lost
its exterior bark, branches and leaves. It is approximately 12 ft. from the back of my
house.
