THIS INDENTURE, made the /Ov- day of December, nineteen hundred and ninety-seven BETWEEN MURIEL H. SCHWAB, residing at Unit 1A, Founders Village, 2555 Youngs Avenue, Southold, New York 11971 party of the first part, and GEORGE L.
