first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such

the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Grathwohl Road, 261.34 feet southerly along
said westerly line from Tuthill Road, said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of Chazlottte O'Keefe; from said point of beginning running along said westerly line
of Grathwohl Road, two courses, as follows: (1) S. 21 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds W. 11.67 feet
