Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, February 19, 1927, which said map was
fled in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York
on March 25, 1927 under file number i ~ and said premises being ,more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument located at a distance of 150 feet northerly at
the northwest corner of the intersection formed by Bayer Road and Grand
Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the common
border of lot 41 and lot 42 North 58 degrees S5 minutes 30 seconds West a
distance of 1 SO feet to a monument;
THENCE South 31 degrees 4 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 50 feet
to a monument;
