party of the first part, and
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-
14, 888 East Walnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91101
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, as set forth in the annexed Schedule A.
Said Premises being known as: 2200 Little Neck Road
Cutchague, New York 11935
1T BEING the intention of the parties that the aforementioned mortgage shall not merge into the
fee interest conveyed hereby, but that such mortgage shall remain as a good and valid mortgage,
separate and apart from any other interest of the party of the second part in the fee.
THIS DEED is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as form and is not intended as a
mortgage, trust conveyance ar security of any kind. The consideration therefor is the full release
of the parties of the first part from all debts, bands, notes, obligations, cots and charges
heretofore subsisting on account and by the terms of the aforementioned mortgage, and by
acceptance of this deed the party of the second part automatically grants such release.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust Fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
This deed is an absolute conveyance, the grantor(s) having sold said land to the grantee for a fair
and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that above recited, being full
satisfaction of all obligations secured by the mortgage executed by Stephen P. Krauza and
Lynne M. Krauza to {MERS) Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.., as nominee for
IndyMac Bank, 1~.S.B.(as mortgagee) recorded in Liber 21430 Page number 397, in the office of f
the County Clerk of Suffolk, and the note{s} or bonds(s) secured thereby. Mortgage Dated
October 10`h 2006 in the amount of $435,000.00, recorded on December 6, 2006. In addition to a
second mortgage held by IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., dated December 18, 2006 in the amount of /
$80,000.00 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 26, 2007 in Liber 21463
of Conveyance, Page 741.
Grantor(s) declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that there are no
agreements, oral or written, or other than this deed between grantor(s) and grantee with respect
to said land.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture
so requires.

Stephen P. Krauza and Lynne M. Krauza being severally and duly sworn, depose and say as
follows:
1. We are the owners in fee of premises commonly known as 2200 Little Neck Rd, Cutchogue,
New York 11935, which premises are more particularly described in a certain deed made by
Kevin Ryan, a/kla, Kevin R. Ryan to your deponents, dated September 29, 2000, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 20, 2000, in Liber 12079 of Conveyances, Page 659.
Said premises are presently subject to a mortgage held by Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14 on which there remains
owing ~a principal balance of $456,112.18 with interest thereon.
2. Said premises are also subject to a second mortgage held by IndyMac Bank, F.S.B.,
dated December 18, 2006 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 26, 2007 in
Liber 21463 of Conveyances, Page 741, which has a Remaining mortgage awing principal
balance in the amount of $37,333.49 with interest thereon.
3. I am no longer in physical possession of the premises and I that I have fully vacated and
surrendered said premises. I have left the premises free and clear of any personal property.
4. The attention of your deponents has been called to the following judgments which are
not against your deponents, or either of them, but are against some person or persons of the
same or similar name:

5. Your deponents, and neither one of them, is or are insolvent, and their insolvency is not
imminent.
6. Your deponents are about to execute a conveyance of the said premises known as 2200 Little
Neck Rd, Cutchogue, New York 11935, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee
for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14. Said conveyance is being given and accepted in
lieu of a foreclosure of the aforesaid mortgage held by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company
as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14, with the understanding that Deutsche
Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14 is
accepting said deed subject to the aforesaid mortgage held by Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14.
7. There are no judgments against your deponents or either of them in any Court of this State or
of any other State or any Court of the United States of America, excepting only j udgments, if
any, which are set forth above. Your deponents are the owners in fee of said premises, and are
j in possession thereof. As far as either one of your deponents knows, no person has made any
i claim against said premises or the possession of your deponents, nor is anybody disputing the

' 8. In the opinion of your deponents, said premises have no value over and above the amounts of
the mortgages held by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HarborView
Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14 and said judgments, if any, noted above.
9. The deed being given by your deponents to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as
Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-14 is, and is intended to be, an absolute
conveyance. There is no agreement for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Tntstee for
' HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 200{-14 to reconvey said premises to your deponents or
either of them under any circumstances whatsoever.
10. This affidavit is made to induce any title company to issue policies of title insurance
affecting said premises.
